Flipped classroom approach used in Engineering, Design and Maths (EDM) department

Catherine Hobbs and Ben Drew have been using the flipped classroom approach in their teaching for several years now. They delivered a staff development workshop earlier this year about their experiences and, naturally, they flipped the workshop! Below are the two videos they asked participants to watch before attending the workshop, giving an overview of a couple of implementations of the flipped classroom.
